Lately, I have been trying to be more efficient and organized with my time since I am traveling more for work, and I need to be really effective out of pocket. As a result, I have been adding a lot of apps to my life to help keep me organized. Here are a few that I really like:
TSheets: Keeping track of time with time sheets can be very cumbersome, but Tsheets really does make it easy. And, with an app for my phone that syncs with the web interface–I can’t believe it’s free!
Amtrak: I know that Amtrak doesn’t have the best reputation when it comes to technology, but the new app is great. I never have to print a ticket again. If you have ever been running late for a train and wished that ticket was already in your pocket, it is.
Uber: Better than a taxi and right at your fingertips. Now that Uber is in Philly, I may never get in smelly cab again.
Evernote: Need something that puts documents, notes, and pictures on your computer and your phone instantly? Evernote does that and lots of other cool stuff. Now, if I could just remember to check it when I need it. They really need a reminder feature.
What apps are you using?
